LR-19065 - Sadly it was a quick shot and didn't get all the upper body, but considering it was pretty darn cold, this guy was certainly not dressed for the weather. The dog on the other hand was window shopping in PDSA (People's Dispensary for Sick Animals), seemed to be a reluctant follower.
