LR-2473 - Not sure if this guy was a late entry for the Tour-de-France and found the wrong mode of transport, personally I was laughing with him as the amount of effort he had put in was of Olympic standard, but sadly no lanes marked out and only Gulls for spectators as he rowed against the current, which hammers out of Newport (to his right).
