LR-5979 - I have not idea, but some body probably does, I like the semi abstract on this, don't know why really, moving to fast, walk past it every day twice and never take any notice of it or the detail on it. The only thing I can think of is a fire alarm instrument panel for 10 split floors. Mounted at an angle behind a dirty glass in a badly lit corridor.
